"Gianna “Gigi” Dominguez 2028 | Libero | Chapin High School | El Paso, Texas PREP1 Athlete • TXP VBC • UTEP Volleyball Commit Gianna “Gigi” Dominguez has established herself as one of El Paso’s premier young defensive specialists, combining elite court awareness, relentless pursuit and a competitive mindset that has made her a standout for Chapin High School and TXP VBC. A three-year varsity player and proud Class of 2028 UTEP Volleyball commit, Dominguez recently reached the 1,000-career-dig milestone, continuing a family volleyball legacy established by her older sisters, Ashley, who played at New Mexico State, and Megan, who played at Texas Tech. Her defensive résumé includes Outstanding Defensive Specialist in District, Second Team All-City, All-Tournament honors at the Lubbock Tournament, and All-Tournament Defensive Player recognition at the Margaret Hussman Franklin Tournament. She has also earned recognition from Texas Prep as one of the Top Defenders and Top Servers in the Class of 2028, while her production has placed her among the national leaders in career digs for the Class of 2028. Beyond the court, Dominguez is equally committed to academic and leadership excellence. She maintains a 3.8 GPA while participating in Student Council, the Class of 2028 Committee, National Honor Society, Student Ambassador, Captains Club and FCA. “I’m incredibly blessed for the opportunities God has given me and for the passion I have for the game of volleyball.” With her defensive instincts, leadership and continued development, Gigi Dominguez represents the next generation of elite El Paso volleyball talent — and she is already looking ahead to her future as a Miner. “I can’t wait to continue growing both on and off the court as a Miner! 🧡” PREP1 ATHLETE | CHAPIN VOLLEYBALL | TXP VBC | UTEP COMMIT | CLASS OF 2028"

Davi Dominguez
Del Valle HS • Soccer
"Davi Dominguez — Del Valle High School Davi Dominguez is a dynamic 2028 attacking midfielder/forward at Del Valle High School in El Paso, Texas, and one of the Borderland’s rising soccer talents. A creative playmaker with exceptional vision, speed and ball placement, Dominguez possesses the versatility to influence a match from multiple positions and consistently create opportunities in the attacking third. Her combination of technical ability and attacking instincts has helped establish Dominguez as a player to watch within the 2028 class. Whether operating through the midfield or pushing higher as a forward, she brings the ability to stretch defenses, find teammates and make plays in dangerous areas of the field. Dominguez recently added a major accomplishment to her résumé, helping Soles FC 09G capture the U17 US Soccer Club National Cup Championship in Denver, Colorado, in July 2026. Competing on a national stage against elite competition provided another opportunity for the young playmaker to showcase her abilities and championship mentality. Her development and continued success have also earned her the opportunity to take the next step at the collegiate level. Dominguez is committed to UTEP, giving the Miners a talented attacking player from the Borderland with significant room to continue developing her game. As a 2028 PREP1 Athlete, Dominguez represents the next wave of El Paso soccer talent, combining creativity, speed, versatility and championship experience with a clear path toward the collegiate game. Brycen Booth
El Dorado HS • Football
"Brycen Booth — El Dorado High School Brycen Booth is a standout 2027 quarterback at El Dorado High School in El Paso, Texas, and one of the Borderland’s premier returning signal-callers. At 6-foot-3, Booth combines size, athleticism and playmaking ability with the experience of a three-year varsity starter. Booth enjoyed a breakout junior campaign in 2025, helping lead the Aztecs to a 10-2 overall record, a District 1-5A championship and a bi-district championship. His performance earned him District 1-5A Offensive MVP honors and established him as one of the top quarterbacks in the region. Statistically, Booth accounted for 1,948 passing yards and 27 touchdown passes during the 2025 season, while adding 405 rushing yards to finish with more than 2,300 total yards. What makes Booth particularly intriguing is his ability to keep defenses off balance. Scouting evaluations describe him as a quarterback with deceptive running ability who can create plays beyond the designed offense. Now entering his senior season, Booth returns as the veteran leader of an El Dorado program that has established itself as one of El Paso's rising football powers. With his combination of size, experience, production and dual-threat ability, the 2027 QB is firmly on the radar as a player to watch throughout the 2026 season. Athlete: Brycen Booth School: El Dorado High School — El Paso, TX Class: 2027 Position: Quarterback NCAA ID# 2311163567 Height: 6'2" Weight: 180–185 lbs. 2025 Production: 1,948 Passing Yards • 27 TD Passes • 405 Rushing Yards • 2,353 Total Yards Honors: 2025 District 1-5A Offensive MVP • First-Team All-District Experience: Three-Year Varsity Starter Status: PREP1 Athlete 📸 Natalia Duron"
