Hanks controlled the game from the opening whistle, combining an explosive offensive attack with a suffocating defensive performance to secure its second consecutive victory. The Knights entered the matchup coming off a 63–27 victory over Montwood, and once again showed the ability to generate points while keeping their opponent out of the end zone. Hanks finished with 201 rushing yards and 203 passing yards, showcasing a balanced offensive effort in the shutout win. For Bowie, the Bears continue to search for their first win of the season after opening 0–2. Despite the difficult night, the Bears will look to regroup as district play approaches.
